I came into the industry in 2013 with little or no industry experience. I was introduced to Robert and Chad at the URG conference in Denver. We then joined a dashboard group through CBC. The education received through CBC and the network of salvage yards has helped me become a much better leader within our organization. The experience that CBC brings to the table is immeasurable. They have made a lot of positive contributions to our business, but truly the biggest benefit to me has been the ability to identify the negative in your business.
